Description
The Mori Seiki NMV5000 DCG is a high-precision 5-axis vertical machining center designed for complex, multi-sided machining and high-efficiency production. This 2008 machine features twin 500 mm pallets, 28.7" × 20.1" × 20.1" travels, and full B-axis (-180° to +160°) and C-axis (360°) capability for true simultaneous 5-axis machining. Equipped with a 12,000 RPM BT40 spindle, 31-tool automatic tool changer, and high-pressure coolant system, the NMV5000 DCG delivers excellent accuracy, speed, and productivity. Controlled by Mori Seiki MSX-711 III, this machine is ideal for aerospace, medical, and precision component manufacturing requiring advanced multi-axis capability.
