The G-NET Twin Merit 15 CNC Vertical Turning Center is a highly productive twin-spindle CNC vertical lathe designed for efficient, high-volume turning operations. Equipped with a reliable FANUC Series 18-TT CNC control, this machine offers simultaneous machining capability using dual spindles and twin 12-station turrets, making it ideal for reducing cycle times and maximizing output in demanding production environments.
With a 22" swing over bed, 12" standard chuck capacity, and optional 15" chuck capability, the Twin Merit 15 provides flexible machining for a wide range of part sizes. The 30 kW (40 HP) spindle motor delivers strong cutting performance, while spindle speeds up to 2500 RPM support both heavy roughing and precision finishing operations.
